A lot of people usually don't know what kind of tea to drink since there are so many teas. We blended this tea for general health, such as for the health of your livers, kidneys, lungs, stomach, heart, blood circulation, blood sugar and so on.

it is good for all the organs and different health problems. We highly recommend this tea.

Drink 2-3 times a week to keep your body in shape. Boosting your immune system, and to keep yourself away from different diseases.

Brewing Instruction:

  • 1 - 2 table spoon of tea
  • 8 - 16 oz of water
  • Steep for 20 - 30 minutes
  • Drink once a day, drink it in the morning or evenings.

For the Herbal teas, if you're looking for specific benefits, please feel free to contact us, we will be happy to help you pick up the right teas for you.  We also suggest to buy the sweet tea leaves (you'll be able to find the sweet tea leaves  in "herbal tea" section) to replace the sugar. We don't suggest you to use sugar to brew the teas, the sugar will change the benefits of the teas.
