Migraine Relaxer Tea

    This blends we use for migraines, nerves and muscle relaxing and pain. This tea is also great for treating allergies when combined with the Anti-Inflammatory Tea.

    For migraines, if you drink once to twice a day after meal, it will help you to reduce the times of getting migraines.

    For nerves, muscle relaxing and pain, and body aches, we suggest to drink the tea 2 - 4 times a day for the first 1 - 2 weeks. Once your body starts to adapt to the tea, you can then reduce the amount of drinking time.

    This tea doesn't only help with the pain, it also helps to repair the nerves. This tea is also very good to help relaxing your body and mind, as well as to help you rest and sleep better. This tea is a very good tea to have at home; it also helps with different types of headache.

 Brewing Instruction:

  • 1 table spoon of tea
  • 8 - 10 oz of water
  • Steep for 5 - 10 minutes, use the same leaves to make 1 - 3 cups of tea
  • Drink 30 minutes to 60 minutes after meal. Highly recommend to drink 1 - 3 times a day.

For the Herbal teas, if you're looking for specific benefits, please feel free to contact us, we will be happy to help you pick up the right teas for you.  We also suggest to buy the sweet tea leaves (you'll be able to find the sweet tea leaves  in "herbal tea" section) to replace the sugar. We don't suggest you to use sugar to brew the teas, the sugar will change the benefits of the teas.
